FROM NEST EGG…
TO EMPTY NEST
I’m Here for You!
“Hey there, I’m Leah
and this is my dog Flora”
Being a realtor is no hobby for me, it’s my full-time job and my passion. I am a second-generation realtor and started my career in 2018. I’ve helped hundreds of people like you find their dream homes and have gained tons of experience to help make buying and selling a home a lot easier!
Some might call it hand-holding, but I think of it more as supporting your dreams with my knowledge, experience, and connections. Through the right questions and figuring out your new home hopes and definitely no-go’s, I’m at the ready to get you into your new nest.
THIS ISN’T MY
FIRST RODEO
I have 6 years of industry experience - completing around $130 Million in sales volume in my career.
In non-realtor terms, that’s a lot of experience in selling a ton of homes to some very happy homeowners.
REAL PEOPLE MAKE REAL CONNECTIONS.
Something that drew me to real estate is the inherent way it builds community.
House by house. Neighbor by neighbor. City by city.
It starts with the foundational sense of home.
That’s why it is important to me to be as involved in my community as I can be and in so many different ways.
Hiking the North Hills with my dog and getting to know all of the other pups
Reading EVERYTHING. From fiction to non-fiction, there’s always room to learn!
Skiing or biking. I love going on group rides. If you do too, come with me! If not, I can recommend some great trails.
Listening to live music. I was practically a resident at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater this summer
Where you can find me
Whether you’re buying or selling, I like to take the time to get to know you one-on-one. My first step is to have my clients fill out a questionnaire so I can get to know them and their unique goals. Once this is complete, we can set up a time to meet in person and visit the answers together!
BUYERS
BUYERS
Someone wise recently told me that you're a first-time home buyer even if you bought a house 2 years ago or 25 years ago! Our real estate market is ever-changing and you need to be educated as if you were buying your first home. I'll make sure this happens at every step. In fact, when you become my client, I will provide you with a Buyers Guide that breaks down each step and is complete with a checklist so that you and I never miss a beat or deadline!
There's no such thing as going to see too many houses! Browsing Zillow and something looks intriguing? Not planning on buying for a few years but you're dying to see that amazing home that just hit the market? Let's go see it! I’ll never get tired of going to see houses and the more I see, the better realtor I become. No sweat off my back!

There is no such thing as a one size fits all approach when selling your home and I will make sure that is the case throughout the process and our time together. Let's get creative!
While creativity is my passion, data is my language. I like to know where the numbers fall and look at all the information we have at our fingertips to make a decision. This means more work for a clearer answer. When I price your home, I will present you numbers, graphs, and trends to help land on the best number possible.
SELLERS
SELLERS
When you choose me as your listing agent, you get:
Comprehensive market analysis and pricing recommendations
Marketing strategy for reaching buyers and the agent community
Staging recommendations - hiring a professional usually is not necessary
Repair recommendations that are realistic and don't drain your wallet
Referrals of attorneys, handymen, inspectors, and other tradespersons
Shared knowledge necessary to make informed decisions
Timely action on all communication- I follow up with every single showing to get feedback. After each Open House, I provide you with a detailed letter on who the attendees were, the positives and negatives discussed
Professionally designed marketing materials
Expert negotiation on price and terms
Before we get started I first would like to take some time to get to know you! Our first step is having you fill out my questionnaire so that I can better understand your unique goals. Once you complete this I would like to meet in person to go over your answers.
Let’s Get In Touch!
ARE YOU NEW TO MISSOULA?
Welcome! Like you, a lot of people fell in love with this gem of a city for
one reason or another and decided to make it their home!
Here are a few of my favorite
places and things to do in Missoula
KETTLEHOUSE AMPHITHEATER a great place to see live music!
SNOWBOWL SKI RESORT small but mighty. This is a great local ski hill that does not disappoint. Don’t sleep on the bloody marys or pizza in the lodge!
BIGGA PIZZA arguably the best pie in town. Their specialty wood-fired pizzas paired with their great service are always a hit.
DRAUGHT WORKS BREWERY brings good beer and friendly service all year round. The summer deck is full of life, tables and greenery and the taproom is warm and welcoming, often hosting live music. Either season, their award-winning beers and seltzers are sure to please.
SHAKESPEARE & CO is one of the best independent bookstores in the country. Their staff is knowledgeable and their selection is extensive enough to please any bibliophile.
